Fr. Tomasz will teach on the gestures, postures and symbolic movements used in the Liturgy.
PENANCE SERVICE

Fr. Tomasz, Fr. Kaigoma, Fr. Grzegorz (St. William Parish), Fr. Isidore (Our Lady of the Valley Parish) will be available for confession
FASTING
Catholics in good health ages 18-59 are required to fast and to abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.
Fasting consists of eating only one meal, with the possibility of two smaller snacks that do not add up to a single full meal.
Catholics ages 14 and older are to abstain from meat on all Fridays of Lent.
ALMSGIVING
Pick up one of the Almsgiving boxes and fill it with donations.
All proceeds will go to Catholic Charities of Weld County.
