HOST FAMILY
Host 2 college men or 2 college women. Saturday, July 12th - Saturday, July 18 Provide breakfast at 7:00 AM Provide snacks.
PROVIDE DINNER
Either host the 4 person team at your home or take them out to eat. 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
PROVIDE LUNCH FOR THE 4 PERSON TEAM
lunch can be dropped off at the parish in the morning, must arrive by 11:30 AM
PROVIDE SNACKS
provide single 80 serving snacks for children (crackers, chips, cheese, cookies)
ADULT CHAPERONE
The parish must maintain the required ratio of one adult chaperone for every 14 minor children
YOUTH VOLUNTEER
Setting up drinks and snacks, keeping the kitchen clean, cleaning floors and tables after breaks and lunch, performing any tasks requested by the Parish Program Coordinator or teachers, tending to children as needs arise (skinned knees, etc)
